The Product Delivery Policy below forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use. 
 
I. Identification 
This site is maintained and operated by Ateliê Mil Amores, registered with the CNPJ/MF under n. 31.432.668/0001-31. 
 
II. Contact - CA  (Customer Service) If the User needs any information, clarification or assistance in relation to this Product Delivery Policy, Ateliê Mil Amores provides the CA  to receive all communications that the User wishes to make. THE CA  operates through the communication channels listed below: 
(a) Online, via email during opening hours; 
(b) By telephone from Tuesday to Friday  from 11 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 11 am to 6 pm
(c) By correspondence addressed to Ateliê Mil Amores, always accompanied by the consumer's contact information, so that we can finalize the service. 
In all cases, the User will receive, through the same communication channel, an immediate confirmation of the receipt of his demand, which will be dealt with and answered within a maximum period of five days. 
 
III. Serviced locations 
 
Ateliê Mil Amores operates, directly or through contracted third parties, delivery services within a 7km radius of the Ateliê. However, Ateliê Mil Amores does not offer delivery of products purchased on this site in other states, or countries, or foreign territories. 
 
IV. Delivery times 
 
During the purchase process, Ateliê Mil Amores will inform the customer of an estimated time for delivery of the products. This estimate takes into account the products purchased, their quantities, the available stock and the distance between our distribution centers and the delivery address informed by the customer. The delivery period will be counted from the date of approval of the order, which can take up to 5 (days) business days for payments by credit card. 
 
V. Delivery time and scheduling 
 
Ateliê Mil Amores delivers Products from Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, there may be variations in exceptional cases. If the delivery address is located in a condominium, the consumer must inform, at the time of purchase, any restrictions on delivery times and where deliveries must be made in the condominium, in view of the existing rules. For deliveries made in the State of São Paulo, Ateliê Mil Amores offers a delivery scheduling service, at an additional cost. Through this service, the consumer can indicate, at the time of purchase, the date and shift in which the delivery of the products must be carried out.  It will not be possible to change the delivery date or shift after scheduling. 
 
SAW. Cost of freight 
 
The freight cost for the delivery of the Products is automatically calculated by the website at the time of purchase, based on the weight, volume and quantity of the products purchased, as well as the distance between our distribution centers and the delivery location informed by the customer. At its sole discretion, Ateliê Mil Amores may make available on its website special shipping categories, specific to some products and to some locations, permanently or temporarily. In this case, it is possible that each category offers different prices and delivery times, and it is up to the customer to choose the category that meets their expectations. 
 
VII. delivery conditions 
 
Atelier will deliver the products purchased in their original packaging. In buildings, delivery will be made at the entrance hall, with the customer being exclusively responsible for storing and transporting the products to their floor and unit. For delivery to be carried out, the customer must authorize a person over 18 years of age (friends, relatives, doormen or other) to receive and check the products and sign the respective protocol.
